Squat problems... darn hips

Calories burned
How do you log your weight lifting? I mean, I know you put under cardio, weight lifting, but how much time do you put? My workout start to finish is around 1 hour 20min. Obviously a lot of that is spent just standing still in between lifts. So I always log it as 45min. That says I burn 200 calories. Does that sound right?…

My arms don't seem to be getting stronger.
So on Wed I will start week 5. I can still only lift the 45lb bar during the overhead press. Today I did get 1x5@50, 1x4@50, 1x3@50 And 2x5@45. Even just the bar is so hard for me. Why can't I seem to make any progress with this?
