Split Workouts Morning/Night
I'm wondering if there are any disadvantages to splitting up the SL workout between morning and evening. Stronglifts Power Pack, is it worth the money?
For my past 2 workouts the 30 lb barbell has been in use for my OHP so today instead of picking up Dumbbells I used the 40 lb barbell and only got 3/3/1/1 no 5x5 at all. I couldn't mark off the sets so it shows I failed which makes me feel bad. For those who use the premium version is it worth it to change to 5x3 or 5x1?

Fractional/Micro Plates?
Are they worth investing in? I don't want to spend much but if they are worth it, I will get some. Was thinking i could get 4 x 0.25kg so i can flexibly add weight in increments particularly for OH Press which I am struggling with. What have you guys done? Should I just keep pushing with the 2.5kg increases?

ok... really didn't want to post this... My pelvic floor must be weak. I struggle to 'keep it in' when deadlifting. Advice or shared experience appreciated! Strategy will be to go to the toilet before deadlifting in future and/or wear a pad on deadlift days but does this get better/go away?

Benching for short limbed ladies
Is there any benefit/drawback to someone who has short arms (meeeee) starting their bench press from the second rung? The second rung of the rack would be where the barbell would be resting at the beginning. Yes or no? I struggle with getting the bar off and back on the rack when I'm done.
