Mine has about 530 cals first thing in the morning. As for steps for 12000 I get back about 430 cals and normally have 60 active minutes in the bank. Not including exercise

Fitness blender on you tube, you don't need to buy DVDs anymore. They are awesome

Never knew that! But it does explain something to me, I very rarely drink diet coke, the video with it and milk put me off-yuck! But went to the cinema today so had one, been so hungry today I've over eaten, first time for that in weeks! Interesting

I've got running bottoms that are thicker on the front then the back, they keep you warm but allow you breathe as well. I think that's why most people get too hot, the clothes don't breathe. I've also got a top like aswell, and you can roll down the arms to cover your hands until you warm.

Rubbish just brought the flex! However that is only a temp measure until the iwatch comes out. Will have to wait too see the reviews

Change your activity level to sedentary, it won't work on any other level as MFP takes your steps into account as standard. And turn on negative adjustments in settings
-
Also turn on negative adjustments on MFP. Hope that helps
-
I believe it's because on mfp your activity level is anything other then sedartary. Mfp will take your steps in account with the other levels. So thats maybe why.

I'm getting married next August, but I've chose my dress, just need to order it. So not doing that until a dress size down at least; the wedding shop has given me till the end of November! So the more I lose now the better, I can take it steadier once that's done then.

I weigh everyday, use happy scale. Mainly because it breaks down your total loss into 10 segments, I've already achieved 3 and half way to number 4. So it's smaller more regular goals which I find motivate me more

Have you got good trainers? You may need to pop into a store like Nike and have a gait anylise done. They maybe able to help you
-
Good to hear of another company that does something similar! Yes I weighed everything out one by one too see how close they were with my own. Well found then with close, and then with me making 3 meals out of the 2, the potions they give you are huge, so should always be under what they state on MFP. I find it saves us…

I've been told on here to weigh first thing straight after going for your first toliet use. Anything else will be swayed by eating/drinking/working out or even going to the loo.

How odd, it only posted the top line of my comment? But doing the C25K if anyone wants to join me, started yesterday and really enjoyed it.

Please send me some friend requests

Because I don't want to be ill any more, it's taken its toll on me and I want to be healthier. Also being thinner for my wedding- other wise there will be a photo ban.

Thank you for answering. Never thought Greek yogurt or cottage cheese would be good sources. Something I would never thought to pick up when out shopping. Then you've said protein powders too, I must have a Google and see about them as never thought about taking a supplement, thought that was for the serious fit people.…

Around 10kg would be awesome

Well if you've read the end of my last thread you will see the out come. Also I have taken on board the advise given, one of which is that I don't eat enough protein, hence asking?
-
I really don't get your arsey comment, obviously you feel the need to be rude. I'm trying to learn about the nutritional side of what I should be eating. Reading the label just gives me numbers, I need to learn how that relates to weight and nutritional values. Sorry for asking questions.

How about Nutella? Would that be high in protein? Or is it outweighed by the chocolate and sugar?

Days where there is little food being eaten, are genuine days when I've had that amount of food. It's as accurate as I can get it. Plus I do have a medical condition, I've got few issues to be honest. Yes I've got depressed and put on weight so the next I've stayed away from food. Doctors are addressing this issue too.

Back at doctors today, even though I went yesterday, I had 20min slot today so could talk things in more detail. Basically what the doctor thinks is happening is my cyst in the pituitary gland is knocking my thyroid about. I had a scan last year and these issues weren't present then, so she's leaning towards the cyst…

ok can explain the day I had skimmed milk with ceral and semi with tea. I had a cup of tea at home, then had to help out my mum with some gardening, she wasn't happy I didn't have breakfast so forced it down me. She only has skimmed milk. I like my tea with as little milk as possible, only just to colour the water.

Been too see doctor, managed to get an appointment today. She is going to thyroid tests as she thinks that this the most likely as well tackling depression as she feels that's also a huge factor. Brain cyst maybe have something to do with it as well so we will see when more tests come back. As for eating ham, it's 1-3…

Thank you and everyone else. I'm going to aim for 1600 healthy cals this week and see if my body has gone into savatation mode. No eating out or packets. Should of come on here last week to ask but never mind. Hope doctors just don't turn me away, I've a fair few syptoms that are pointing in the direction of thyroid…

Genuine day. Love eating ham on its own, and sharing it with the dogs.
-
Thank you for that. I weight things then dish up 60/40 giving my partner the bigger portion but still log as 1 meal. Or log as 1 and only eat 75% so it's not over.
-
I love to eat 3 meals. I love food, hence getting fat. Look at yesterdays for example. I was out on a Cubs trip so did eat more then normal, but was walking around much more then normal. I put on 1.3 kg. and it was still 58 cals remaining after including the walking

Ok so I need to keep in mind the sodium. Thank you. I try to balance the percentage chart thing to what it says on mfp. Is this the right thing to do?
