  • Yes I am going up to 1500 cals today so I can keep within cal.goal and hopefully feel more with the program.Will see if that helps. I don't even log the biking I do...so must be logging wrong and fitbit logs cal.burn from walking.

  • I have found I lost and maintained my weight easier if I didn't eat after 6pm.. I also enjoy my breakfast much more and don't wake up full up .. how about playing around with what works for you. As many things in life what I may like to do might not work for you? :)

  • I have up'd my milk since doing MFP .. I drink soya or almond milk (don't find dairy works for me).. I log it as part of my calorie intake and I lose when in a deficit.

  • Hi .. yes I am in the UK and work in a surgery where it is very busy.. plus I am now more public facing so that makes eating a bit trickier too.. I think I might switch my breakfast food intake for my lunch.. or take a small snack.. or train myself again to not eat between 9am and 2pm:(

  • The pain feels like it is under my sacrum area... I felt the same pain when giving birth lol... not sure what mobility work is but am doing some weight stuff when doing body pump.
