Me too, I eat when I'm bored. I always make sure I have enough calories for a small snack after tea. I have a cup of tea as well, I have been know to sit there and say 'your not hungry your bored' lol. I also do cross stitch to help keep my hands busy, this takes my mind off of food

I think this is something I'm going to struggle with too. I've so far lost 16lbs with MFP but has over all have lost 79lbs (over the last 6 years and have managed to keep it off). When I think about eating more calories I just think how? It will be nice to go out for dinner and not have to worry so much about what to eat.…

My net calories are 1430 a day, I earn say 300 calories running for 30 minutes. So I can eat 1730 that day and still lose my target 1lb per week. As previously stated I try to not eat back all of my 300 calories that I have earned as MFP over estimates. If I'm right in saying it's not healthy to go under 1200 calories per…

I'm pretty much the same, go to bed about 11 and up at 7. I need 8 hours a night, at the weekend when I'm not working I sleep for around 10. I still feel tired come 9:30 and can quite easily fall asleep on the sofa. I do find it annoying, even more so when you boyfriends wakes you up by making you jump!!

Same here, whenever I feel hungry I go and have a cuppa

SW:243 CW:167 GW: not sure I lost most of the weight with Weight Watchers, then managed to keep it off for around 5 years, MFP has helped me to start loosing again. I've managed to loose 15lbs in the last three months. I too am really unsure as to what my goal weight will be, I've never been this small before. I know I…

Salt and Vinegar pringles! I've actually hidden them at my boyfriends house so they are out of sight, my mouths watering just at the thought of them lol. I know tomorrow once I've worked out I'll have a few extra calories so will be able to have a few and satisfy my craving.

'Just one won't matter' this is what I got this morning when I was discussing about biscuits last night (I had already had two which were within my allowance). I was discussing weight loss with my dad but it falls on deaf ears. One biscuit for me could make me jack it all in, I'm very strict with myself and I've lost 70lbs…

Thanks for all of your replies! The food was lovely and to be honest I don't feel that bad. The portions were quite small, I didn't feel stuffed. Your right, this isn't a regular outing, I've lost 5.5 stone (and have managed to keep it off for 6/7 years so must be doing something right)

Thanks guys  I feel really bad if I go off track but your right, it's one meal the I'll be back on track!

I've had the same but the other way around. MFP told me to eat 1500, but other websites tell me to eat 1800. I stuck to 1800 (which is more than I was eating!!) and I've lost 5lb in two weeks. I expect this to slow down so will alter it as continue to loose more.

I've also just started roasting chickpeas as a mid afternoon snack. My favourite so far is 1tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/4tsp cinnamon. Mix the chickpeas 10 mins before there done and then put back in the oven for the remaining time. Lovely :-)
