You so right. I lost and kept off six stone for years, but just recently half a stone has crept back on. In reality My bmi is healthy, not over weight but I would like to lose the half a stone and get back to where I was. However, it’s so difficult! Yesterday I realised that whilst I get disappointed with half a pound…

I wanted to shop in the 'normal' part of a clothes shop and not the larger section. Six stone off and I've kept it off for over six years

I literally purchased the Chocolate Mint flavour last week and it is lovely! It up's my protein and keeps me full for a lot longer in the morning. I've also purchased the Golden Syrup protein pancakes but am yet to make them.

I'm having issues, it has synced my workouts since Friday and I just can't get it to sync!! I'm just about to disconnect and reconnect using the laptop to see if it makes a difference

I struggle at this time too. I try to keep around 100 calories back, but sometimes this just isn't enough. I drink a cup of tea, I have a colouring book and do cross stitch. I've also taken to having a Gobstopper, one lasts for ages plus it's takes my mind off of eating the entire contents of the kitchen cupboard :-)

I read somewhere to log fitness through Fitbit only and food through MFP, I've never had a problem

I've a work colleague who literally takes over an hour to eat her lunch everyday. I think that's excessive lol, it can't be very nice either! She literally chews like an sloth :-)

I have a magazine subscription to The Healthy Food Guide, I absolutely love the magazine and wouldn't be without it. The recipes they publish are easy to make and the portion sizes are huge! I wondered how my partner would be eating recipes from the magazine but even he comments on how big the portion sizes are. Not sure…

I brought some mini gobstoppers lol. I know it sounds silly but they last for ages so take my mind off going to eat something else. I limit myself to one per night, usually in the evening around 9 when I get the munchies

I'm 5ft 8.5 & 156lbs, I'm aiming for 147

I fell the same. Overall I have lost 6 and a half stone and I can still feel fat. It's only when I look back on photos and my friends call my skinny (I don't see myself as skinny at all!) that I realise I'm not big.

I only invested in a Charge HR on Saturday, but I go to spin class once a week so I'll be interested to see if this happens.

I've just lowered my lose to half a pound and wow I'm loving the extra calories! Mind you I'm not eating them all. I began to really struggle on the calories for a 1lb loss and found myself constantly going over, but now just having those few extra calories for a snack is great I now find I'm.not going over my daily…

I lived away from home for four years, only moving back so I could save for a deposit on a house. Anyway, I had the same problem. I tried to show my mum and dad they way, they are both morbidly obese but I just can't seem to change them. So my sister and I do a food shop for ourselves and cook for ourselves, simples. On…

Trying on an old pair of trouser which are way to big and thinking 'Yeah, this is where I was, look at how far you have come'. I don't know about anyone else, but when I go down a dress size I kind of feel like I haven't lost anything as my clothes are not baggy anymore. However it's the best feeling in the world when…
