Any good snack ideas? Trying to loose baby weight

    I love snacking on Edamame beans and celery celery with hummus :smile:

    apple with peanut butter (watch how much peanut butter you put on it)
    Microwaved kettle corn (lots of volume, quite filling)
    Pistachios.

    Sugar free jello and pudding, outshine frozen fruit bars, popcorn, most fruits...these are low calorie snacks i use, but not necessarily very filling. Lol. Apple or celery with peanut butter, or veggies with hummus are good too.

    Some of my go-to snacks:


    String cheese
    Yogurt
    Nuts
    Nuts and dried fruit mix
    Cottage cheese and fruit
    Popcorn
    Sharp cheese wedge and honey
    Tuna salad (optionally on toast)
    Protein shake (if that's something you need... I find them satiating)
    Carrots and/or celery and peanut butter
    Toast or rice cake and peanut butter
    Apple and peanut butter


    ...I like peanut butter :smiley:

    What you decide on, of course, depends on what fits in your calorie allowance and macro goals.
