-

-
@grimmeanor - wahoo great! stick to it!
-
@grimmeanor enjoy rest day!! @knitapeace - sounds intense, but you've definitely got it. I would love to hear how it goes for you! If I have to work for a while, but feel like I might have difficulty going through the whole thing I will allow myself to do a portion not as intense for only a SHORT amount of time to catch my…

I just made an eggplant dish the other day! I cut in cubes, cooked through with chopped up garlic and sauce. poured that over zucchini noodles and topped with basil and a tbsp of reduced fat ricotta cheese. it was AMAZING!
-
awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome - YOU LOOK AMAZING! great work hun keep it up you will reach your goal in no time xo
-
When I go in the am, at around 5:30 it is too early for me to eat so I typically don't. If my body is telling me it needs something I will have toast or half a banana just to get me going. Otherwise, after my workout I have a protein shake while getting ready for work!

What's wrong with white bread, Nutella, and Butter??? As long as she stays within her calorie goals and is eating a well balanced diet..theres no problem eating those things. [/quote] @blktn Yeah that is true, I didn't mean it as a 'wrong' thing. But, in her instance, she is making it seem like it is something that she…

That's fine! I didn't post this to see what you have done so I could take your ways of doing things and incorporate them in to my lifestyle - it was just a 'post and be proud' topic
-
I try to eat around 1330 a day - you can add me and see my diary if you would like! might not be as helpful, but you can get some ideas :)
-
well first off, you admitted one wrong thing- ditch the white bread, use less butter, and scarcely use nutella. Go for whole wheat bread, but read the ingredients so it doesn't contain a lot of sugar/high fructose corn syrup etc. If you are craving chocolate, go for a piece of dark chocolate. Not as yummy and creamy as…

@callsitlikeiseeit I hear ya girl. same with me! It will all come together :)
-
@rabbitjb see that wasn't hard! great job - good luck with achieving your pull-up goals.. I can hardly do one!
-
It was more of a 'tell me how certain changes in your lifestyle has helped you' open response kind of post. and thank you :)
-
^ you're a goddess. thank you for the positive response - that is all I was wondering :)
-
yikes sorry for the idiotic question - I didn't mean to phrase it like that!
-
.. yes I am hah it wasn't a question about what parts of your body have you lost fat on merely because of a change. I am wondering what changes have you incorporated in to your diet/lifestyle that has HELPED YOU ACHIEVE CERTAIN GOALS for your body. I said in a certain area, if not overall. I KNOW that you can't spot reduce…
-
and I am not saying you in particular - just using an example!
-
okay.. I will rephrase. You have saddle bags - have you incorporated more vegetables in to your diet and decreased cheese intake while lifting more weights and less cardio, have you eaten more protein and vegetables less bread and cheese but increased cardio and weight lifting only 2 days a week. It's a simple question, I…

Fage 0%! I love it.. just mix with some cinnamon and berries or whatever. It's great :)
-
I eat 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks (between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner). I find that it helps bring down my cravings and reduces over eating. For breakfast I try to eat a lot of protein to keep me satisfied enough where the snack isn't an " i'm absolutely starving and need this to…

I eat really dark chocolate - Green & Black's 85% cocoa bar. A small piece or two will be just enough because of how rich it is!
-
I eat roughly 1330-1400. you can add me if you want!
-
-
I'm in as well! I have about 15 pounds to lose
-
I don't reward myself for weight loss - I just get extremely happy with how well I have done. My ultimate three rewards for myself will be 1. buying a smaller pair of pants when I get to my goal weight and 2. feeling confident in a bathing suit/looking good in one! and 3. being able to sit in shorts with confidence and not…

Awesome awesome awesome job. So happy for you! Way to stay motivated, dedicated, and most important, way to have patience. It's a long road but when you start seeing amazing results you know the hard work and time put in has truly been worth it. You are motivation to me - great job girl.

Just watch your portions, watch your calories, and what food you put in your mouth. Think of healthier alternatives for what you are craving - check pinterest if you are craving something! You can easily find a yummy alternative on there. A good way to start out is set small goals for yourself - try to log in MFP for 20…

I do that pretty much every weekend haha I have such a terrible time with staying strict on the weekend. I usually workout on the weekends so i'm not TOO concerned about it and know that come Monday I will be back on track and will work it off! It happens so don't beat yourself up over it. It's okay to have a cheat MEAL…
