ive done ww....had some success on it, but it is kind of expensive....always ended up quitting, since i thought i could do it myself. I am here and on day 50...longest ive stuck to anything in awhile. make some friends and log everything you eat. i like using the calories rather than points....less conversion…

I would up the calories....if u go to about 1400, then you could feel good about having leftover ones at the end of the day instead of being in the red. It was hard for me to do that...i wanted to lose maximum weight, but now that I have, I am feeling stronger and more determined to stick with it. At 1200 I was feeling…

I had that as a result of 2 c-sections...it's nothing in comparison to the c-sections....after a week, you'll feel good as new :)...I love this app too!

ive been exercising for a year...i gained 10 lbs. Ive been cutting calories for a month....i lost 11.4 lbs. i agree with flatcoatedR...80%food, 20% exercise....i do like going to Curves though...it makes me feel stronger.

i weigh myself sometimes every couple days, sometimes several times a day. Whenever I see a lower number, I log it and I don't log the higher ones along the way. Sometimes I log every day, Sometimes a couple times a week, depending on what the scale tells me :)

I just discovered egg cups....1/4 whole wheat tortilla lining each cup of a muffin tin. beat eggs (8 for 12 muffins), add any kind of meat u'd like to put in cheese on top, bacon bits on top...into a muffin tin and into the oven. I'll try to help...on my vivofit, I noticed that it displays calories burned and will rise throughout the day. It is telling me that this is how many calories (resting and active) that I have burned so far in the day. I think your 4109 is telling you that. Then, the 1903 adjustment that you got is the actual calories…

new to this - again- and i am constantly weighing (at least once a day). i find the numbers going down really motivating. i know that plateaus will hit as well, but im trying to see what affects them. I only record the lower weights (yes, some are slightly higher). i am excited by the downward trend.

Eating the calories motivates me to exercise more. Without my exercise calories, I find I am hungry. If I'm not hungry, i don't eat them.

Sometimes it's unavoidable...when I go, I order less than I used to....instead of a burger and fries, I will get one or the other. Sometimes, maybe its just a milkshake.

I was noticing that my body was becoming stiffer...age sux! I didn't want to completely seize up, so I started exercising. I'm way stronger now, I have more stamina, and my flexibility has improved. Here's to getting younger!
