I run because my iPad fits perfectly on my treadmill and I can watch Netflix without binge-watching in front of the TV.

I've taken so much time off from logging in the last 4 months, that now I feel like I better get on track more than ever. I'll be logging over Christmas, but I won't beat myself up if I go over. I just don't want to gain any more!

my goal...just to kick this crazy sugar habit. I can't seem to get enough. I'm tired too, so I'm sure that's a big part of it. I have sloughed off the exercise, too, and need to get back in! My goal for the month is to regain those healthy habits!

If you eat 2200, you will likely maintain...so, 1500 is a good number, depending on the amount and type of exercise you do. I'm also 5'5 and I burn 1650ish on a sedentary day and 2000-2500 on regular days with some exercise. Best of luck!

I also struggle with feeling of remorse after a bad meal or bad day. I like your positive attitude. It's great to have goals. Try not to punish yourself for indulging. I know I do that, then another binge follows. Sometimes it helps me to treat not just each day separately, but each meal.

im not saying u do this, but for me, i get frustrated after a few days of no progress or gain, then i binge. i know it's balancing out the few days of good work i did. ive lost 41 lbs so far, and have been "stuck" here since December. I'm trying to find a way to trust the calorie numbers and stay within goal.

go for a long walk and build up your calorie bank. then have a healthy dinner
