So much great information on this thread! I am consistenly over on my carbs by 10% and under my calorie goal and came looking for info. I'm just starting out so I wasn't sure whether I needed to be overly concerned about this just yet. Good luck to all!!

I also wondered how to log everything that goes into my salads and smoothies. I didn't create it as a meal because I add different things every time.
