In all honesty, we use whichever mint is taking over the garden lol! We bang it up first and it tastes/ smells more :) or whichever organic mint we can find in winter (canadian). I also love apples, cucumber and lime... But my husband doesn't love this combo as much as I do.

Cucumber, beet, kale, celery, lemons (2), and mint :) so fresh!!

If you don't feel good, do you think maybe you need to regain your health/ activity level/ balanced diet... Whatever it is that…

I agree... Cut out ALL gluten and give yourself time to heal, it'll come. I lost a bunch of weight before I knew I have celiac disease. Took time to start gaining... Not I need to lose a few lol (6 years later). On the plus side... You'll feel better and better each day once your fully gf and healed. In the mean time, why…

lol... It's the cinnamon buns that get me!!! Although having celiac disease is a blessing too... We eat real food (or at least I do... Don't want to eat expensive processed junk).

I have celiac disease. I've been making gf bread in the bread machine, 2lb option medium brown/crust. It works great and it's the only gf bread that is good, lol. I slice it, freeze it And eat the left overs as toast as it does not keep well! Oh, and I add flax and sometimes sunflower seeds for some added nutrition. Hope…

I have celiac disease. I went GF 6 years ago when I was diagnosed. I gained weight when I went GF (but have always been in the healthy range just the upper range). But the weight gain was good because I felt stronger and had more energy. Took me about a year and a half to feel really good... But ongoing improvements till…

So it doesn't garlic up the fridge... Lol.

I like to use balsalmic vinegar with chopped ginger and garlic in it, and a little bit of oil. The ginger and garlic are potent when it sits for a few days so it doesn't take much dressing to get a lot of flavour!!! (I store it in mason jars so ur doesn't garlic up the fridge)
