Because I plan something and then I choose to change what I'm gonna eat and on my mobile I enter it in and it doesn't let me deleat on my phone

I just don't really like a lot of meals that are healthier i m very very picky eater

Yeah I guess everyone is right I should meet the goal I find it hard sometimes because I don't know meny healthy food ideals . everything I think of has a lot of suger or carbs . but lately I've been doing better

Yes you all are right I'm going back to the mfp settings I was using . guess I just got upset about only 1 lb weight lost . I had been loseing 2-4 lbs a week. but have been at this five weeks now so guess its time for it to slow down a little . thanks everyone for the advice!

I just got frustrated and a friend of mine followed the plan biggest loser and I thought give it a shot I have been hungry alit I was at 1270 calories a day and was following it the best I could but now I changed it to 1379 a day they calculate calorie intake by your weight times 7 I don't know mayby I'll just keep doing…

I just discovered a bar called pro bar meal bar so good and very filling I eat it at 730 am font feel like eating till after 1 pm they do have like 380 calories but there really great for a full meal

Yes I just ate it and just wanted it as something a little different from my ordinary breakfasts but now I'm thinking it was filling but I think I would have rathered my normal breakfasts like u all said a lot less calories and surgery just an expirament but think its back to normal tommwoe

Don't know if you have Hulu plus on your TV but I do and there's some really great beggininer workout on that there like 20 min vidios but there very basis and good exercises to start out with just try your best I do two 20 min vidios a day

Yeah those are good a lot of carbs I try to meet my goal on here for all the nutrition section but starting to just follow the calorie alotteed instead cus seems impossible to meet all the goals in nutrition section

Here's mine Quaker maple and brown surgery lower surger oatmeal 1 packet is only 120 calories South beach diet 100 calorie snack bar the caramel chocolate one taste awesome Protein cherries oats and honey And 97% fat free ham I use Walmart brand very tasty and only 30 calories a slice Or 97% fat free turkey walmart brand…
