I havent been under 240 since....well it wasn't this scale. I know that LOL. I was stuck at 243 for months before coming here 3 weeks ago. 238 feels so nice. Congratulations to you all.

I go to the gym whenever I can. The only thing that stops me is snow and ice. And unfortunately we have had plenty of both lately. I try to keep abreast of the forecast and adjust gym time if possible.

Like I want to lose pound and a half a week. The ap gives me a number that will allow that. 2460. I usually come pretty close but dont go over. in 2 weeks Ive lost 4 pounds

Its the deficit between what you ate and the total number you are slotted to eat that will cause the weight loss.

I do the Circuit at Planet Fitness and its working like a champ. 10 machines and 10 aerobic stations between. The circuit keeps time for you with red and green lights. I posted up there too ========^ but you can feel free to add me if you'd like, I've been here 12 days and have lost 2,5 pounds, Analyzing what I consume and getting an activity tracker has definitely made things much easier. I was kind of plateaued for a while but think I'm heading in the right direction now.

Hi Best of luck. I quit soda cold turkey back in 13 and was amazed to see the pounds drop off. Some of my other alterations were more gradual but I do think soda was a huge waste of calories and an increase in sugar

I don't know if what I eat would clash with a cholesterol friendly diet. I enjoy eating meat as a protein source so....I dunno

Hi Diabetes I know. Cholesterol couldn't even tell ya. I Stick to high protein and low carbs. Exercise routinely. Check sugars and record them in case things change. Like if you get a flu or infection you may know in advance if your sugar readings go high and everything else in life is static.

Yeah as long as you dont load the coffee or tea up with cream or milk or sugar...Think Lemon is ok. I always have had my coffee and tea black no sugar. Old military habit. I was telling another poster earlier that we couldnt always get that stuff.

G2 is also good and unsweetened brewed tea. Think hot tea is also really good calorically. Just to give a few options other than water. and I drink tons of water too lol
