Are u supposed to meet your calorie goal ? Is it ok to be under ?

Its the deficit between what you ate and the total number you are slotted to eat that will cause the weight loss.0

aguilar, you and i have the same daily calorie goal (before exercise) get as close as possible to your goal, as it is already a deficit.0

Like I want to lose pound and a half a week. The ap gives me a number that will allow that. 2460. I usually come pretty close but dont go over. in 2 weeks Ive lost 4 pounds0
