I completed W6D3 last night and now I'm ready for Week 7. Bring it on.

I just finished W5D3. The run was pretty tough but I powered through it and then walked for 45 minutes so my legs recovered fine. I enjoy the longer runs and I'm anxious to get back to running the whole thing.

Just finished W3D3. I'm really enjoying the longer running time and looking for to starting W4D1 tomorrow. I've looked ahead at what's to come in the next 2-3 weeks( W5, W6, W7) and I'm excited to get there.

I am currently going through C25K and in week 2. It's been challenging to start back up after taking a couple years off and also about 60 lbs heavier. I got derailed when in April of 2012 i developed turf toe after completing a 21 mile run just weeks before i was supposed to run a marathon in Cleveland, Oh. Needless to…

I was away from MFP for about 2 years and I put all of the weight back on, plus a little extra. :/ But I'm back now and see the error of my ways. I abandoned everything that was working. I'll support you along the way. I won't make that mistake again.

Completing Week 1 Day 3 today and so far so good. Not much soreness or pain yet. But I'm sure that will come in the next few weeks. It's good to be running again.

I started the C25k program 4/4/15 and am working on Week 1 Day 3 tonight. I'd like to get back up to a 5k and run that 3 times a week for a few months and then look for a 10K or half marathon to start training for. But before I get ahead of myself, I'd like to complete the program.
