Back on board!

Hello everyone,
I've been away from myfitnesspal since before COVID-19. I gained a lot of weight the past couple of years and I was having difficulty getting back on track to get my weight back down. I think I'm finally off to a good start in my weight lose journey and I am back using the myfitnesspal app to track my calories, exercise and weight loss. I need to stay motivated to get to my goal weight of 220. So after already losing 20 pounds, I need to lose 100 more pounds. It could take me up to two years to get there. I hope to lose another 20-30 pounds by my 73rd birthday in November.
