New and trying to lose weight

I am new to this community but not trying to lose weight. I use to take diet pills, but quickly that never worked. I tried keeping a food log, but soon gave up. The older I get the more problems I get. I don't want to get worse. I would love to get healthy and get better. I will have my teaching degree in December and I want to be a healthy role model to my students. Feel free to add me as a friend. :smile:

    congrats on giving up the diet pills. been there done that myself. good luck on your journey. im here if you wanna chat. im always looking for new friends on here. maybe ill stick with it this time, lord knows i need to. been on here awhile but havent logged in, in a long time just starting back myself.
