You gotta to try the PB2 and NS chocolate shake. I will mix it with milk and several ice cubes. I "get to" have one of these on weekends if I burn 600 calories at the gym. That 600 goes by so easy knowing one of these Frostys is at the end. sznsido and tobefitJen posted this shake recipe a while back.

3.18 miles this morning (according to fitbit) but burned 600 calories. Short of my 5 miles per day for the month, but there is always June......

Mine was to be shipped on Apr 27, frozen arrived on May 2, the ready to go......still not here (May 5). I received an email stating that the RTG would arrive before the frozen.

I could put a check mark by all 11. Yup, been there, done that, guilty of that one too. Your post is spot on! Thanks for posting. I would like to copy and paste it in a word document to refer to time to time.

When you are up to your neck in alligators; it's difficult to remember your objective was to drain the swamp! Remember your objective and press on. I have missed your posts.

Send me a bowl and I'll get back to you. This looks delicious!

Everyone should heed Randy's advice and immediately notify him. I am a law enforcement officer who works in the cyber security field (particularly the Facebook type stalkers). It is up to us to keep this site free of these surfers. As the site grows, this becomes more paramount.

Congratulations!

The "fill line" is a myth. The directions have you look for it to burn calories.

It was those daily short walks!! It is amazing how even a little exercise helps the metabolism. WTG....only one more pound to meet your goal! BTW, I think lots of small goals are great.

My name on NS was kwags, my real name is Ken. Nice to meet you Suzanne. I remember those cool (cold) late April days in OH.

You look great! I agree with documenting with comparison pictures. I am even keeping a set of my "before" clothes to remind of what I used to wear. Keep up the good work!

I think it was sznsido and tobefitjen came up with this in an earlier post. It a NS chocolate shake mixed with PB2 peanut butter powder in a blender with ice. I used frozen milk cubes as I wanted some extra protein and it turned into a wonderful Chocolate/Peanut-butter frosty. I have also used the NS chocolate shake mix…

I have certainly enjoyed the posts and comments on this site. All Yall (southern expression meaning "all of you") are a very friendly group of folks

Using your idea of the pepper stuffed with multigrain pilaf, I put it in a crock, along with a little water in the crock (in addition to the amount in the pepper for the pilaf). It helps steam the pepper (and rice). Someone had mentioned earlier to use a small can of low sodium V8 instead of water in the pepper to hydrate…

I got the PB2 at Publix, but I think Walmart has it as well. Look in the diet foods section. I have been using it quite a while backpacking and camping

Isn't it the best?!!! Are you doing it in the blender with ice?
Using a blender with ice, and some milk that was to be for breakfast, but saved it just for the mid morning. Definitely going to use up what chocolate mix I have left with this drink

Just got back from the gym and now thoroughly enjoying the Chocolate/PB2. This shake is so good.....I may go back to the gym so i can have another one ! Thanks for the recipe.

Welcome, this site is growing fast and I have found it a great place to be

I have seen this change throughout the day, from over to under and back. When I log the whole day's meal in the morning, it will show over as it thinks I have already eaten those calories, and as the day goes on, it goes down. It appears as it also predicts "at rest" calories that will be burned. But its real…

I do that too sometimes. Ill jot it down in my book and log it later. But most of the time I go on MFP in the mornings and log all the foods I plan to eat for the whole day and stick to it. Yes I scan with my iPhone. Love it.
I find that planning your day helps keep from getting off track and "foraging" during the…

Just saw this site now has 99 members......seems like yesterday there were only 20. Great to see it growing

So much easier with the barcode scanner and the large (very large) database of food. I like the way it breaks down the carbs, fat and protein, makes it easy to stay on track

Great idea. I, apparently like so many others, read these posts over morning coffee, and have found they are a great way to start the day.

I have the Fitbit HR and really find it a major plus for both exercise and weight loss. The Fitbit program integrates well with this website. I find myself checking my progress several times a day.
