I am a dancer and I used to wonder too because potassium is crucial for preventing cramps, so I met with a dietician and she recommended coconut water. She said it has even more potassium than bananas!

For ballet I don't really think you can have too much muscle! You have to be incredibly strong to dance. Love your muscles. They will look leaner after you lose fat.

Thank you for the feedback!

I wish I had one that synced with MFP but I don't walk enough to justify spending the money for one that will, I use a free health app on my phone instead. Thank you for your advice, though!

I haven't been recently, but I love Golden Corral! I think their salad bar is fantastic. Enjoy your road trip!

Unless you have an allergy or are consuming a LOT of caffeine your skin is probably not related to your diet

I'm having a hungry day today too and just solved it by eating half of a cantaloupe. I regret nothing.

I run and dance a lot and need a lot of fuel, so my go to is: a banana a cup of coconut water (I sweat a lot) oatmeal made with water, 1/2 cup oats, and a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder 3/4cup 0% Fage yogurt with cinnamon and a few almonds I have experimented other types and combinations of breakfast food but this is…

I love kale salad with sliced almonds and apricots. Also, black bean, quinoa, lentil, and avocado salad with corn, romaine and tomato for a Mexican style salad. So yummy :)

I always used to feel bad for the kids who were picked last for teams and wished that the teacher would count off instead of letting students choose. Also, in middle school, we had to do bear crawls across a mat and the boys would always stare at the girls' rear ends, which we all hated. Lol

I have nearly the exact same stats and situation as you! 5'3 109 as of this morning and no cycle for a while. You should see an endocrinologist and a gyno. Missed periods aren't necessarily from dieting if you've done it safely. Get some blood work on all of your hormone levels and your thyroid checked. I hope that it's…

My food processor for making energy balls... Yum

Centrum! I used to eat a generic brand women's gummy vitamin but my doctor had me switch because the gummies didn't have iron in them

When I had braces I would always have frozen smoothies for dinner the day they were tightened. I used chia seeds, plain Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit :)

Do you like nuts or nut butter and fruit? How about cheese and whole grain crackers? Avocado on whole wheat toast?

I would mention this app to her the next time she talks about weight or dieting and offer to work out with her if you're interested in that. Maybe she just needs someone to motivate her. It is very rude that she comments on what other people eat. I have never understood why some people do that. Sorry you have to put up…

For natural peanut butter I have found that when its too liquid-y and I don't want to refrigerate it mixing in PB2 or any generic brand of powdered peanut butter improves the texture so much. It doesn't effect the taste at all.

I think you look great and can rock it but only if you have confidence in wearing it. Don't be that girl who's constantly covered up in a towel who can't enjoy herself because she's so self conscious.

Yes! They're very tasty. They have a slightly nutty taste.

Try to split the 3000 up to 5 or 6 meals. They'll be much more manageable.

How much are you working out if you're active?
-
If you fill up on small amounts, eat foods that are more calorie dense. Peanut butter has about 100 calories per tablespoon depending on brand. 2 tablespoons of on a banana and you've got yourself a 300 calorie meal that won't take up a lot of space in your stomach.

A good example could help- do you have any friends or family who are at a healthy weight and model good eating habits? Observe their eating behaviors and see if you can pick up anything. Also, I'm sure they'd be willing to show you now to cook some healthy new recipes.

Cut all the added sugar out for two weeks and I bet your cravings will be reduced significantly. Good luck on your weight loss!

Gym selfies are great if they boost your self esteem! Personally I am drenched in sweat and red after a workout and I don't my followers on social media to see me like that lol

I'm happy I could help and I'm glad you're upping your calories!

I'm 5'3 and that sounds great!

A fruit skewer for dessert. I felt super fancy eating my strawberries and melon on a stick.

The amount of exercise you're doing is fine as long as you're eating and resting enough and not in pain. I'm not sure about your pain and rest but I'm concerned you're not eating enough unless you're underestimating your calories. Are you weighing your food? If you are, add more foods like avocado, nut and nut butters,…

You could pre make a one egg or all egg white omelets with spinach or veggies in bulk to microwave and run out the door with. I used to do this all the time when I ran in the early mornings and needed something quick and small.
