I do weigh everything and know exactly what I'm taking in I just don't know if there's any point logging everyday when it's going to be exactly the same lol
-
Perfectly normal - for instance I always hit my legs super hard and as a result the scale always will be higher in the days after. Just work ur schedule so ur weighing in at the right time or if ur serious about weight lifting ditch the scale

Coping much better this week- my change in macros have really helped and also timing what little carbs I'm having around my workouts seems to make a huge difference to my performance! I'll keep on with the trial and error until I find my happy zone

Thanks for all the advice guys. Spent a good bit of time this weekend doing more research and changing my goals so I'm hoping that will make a change to my mood

I'm been on it for about 4 weeks or more now and I was ok at first but the longer it goes on the more depressed I'm getting on it for some reason. :s

I'm fairly new to this but I just don't tell anyone! I've noticed a few funny looks from friends at lunch or dinner(especially when eating out) but I don't engage with it. People know I've turned into a bit of a gym rat so the assume I know what I'm doing(I don't really lol) and the results are speaking for themselves!…

Studies have shown that eating protein 30 min before sleeping actually helped people loose weight and gain lean muscle. I suppose if you tend to binge at night I get it other wise eat when…

I tend to workout more when I'm stressed - I have been known to take a long lunch from a stressful day at work to go to the gym to de-stress lol x

Thanks for all the advice guys - much appreciated =D

I know a calorie deficit is all I need to loose weight but I love exercise so it's going to be hard to dial it down so much. Just wish I could speed up the recovery process
-
I often do that - especially on weight training days - I'll lift and do cardio later or start my day with cardio and do weight training after work. For me it's mainly about time management and scheduling(I also work full time and am completing a part time degree) but I also feel I get more out of my workouts as they are…

I space my meals out so I'm eating every three hours and one of those is pretty much before I go to bed - that meal tends to be a protein shake and maybe some nuts if my fats/calories are low for the day xx
