  • I obviously don't mean absolute zero, but as close to it as possible. That's the whole premise of Keto.
  • Keto isn't based on % Keto is no carb.
  • No cardio, more calories. Then add cardio back in when you need it/want to drop weight.
  • 1g Protein per lb body weight. Start carbs higher (toward maintenance) and decrease weekly as you see results. Reduce by 10-20. You won't be hungry all the time like you would if you just drop carbs.
  • Okay lady. Re-read my first statement. I'm giving the guy encouragement. I hope you get out of your slump! You can lose the weight. Prove these hater trolls wrong.
  • You're problem is you need more than 1250 calories a day. That's way too low. Start higher and taper down. Eat more and exercise more. The more you exercise, the more you can eat. You'll always be hungry with low calories like that. Then that leads to binging and it's all down hill from there.
  • Not a doctor, but good luck with everything. I hope you can find the willpower to get out of your slump. Stay strong.
  • Seeing results on the scale, a week. Seeing results is physique, two weeks. But that's just me. If you're consistent for two weeks, no reason you wouldn't see results in the mirror.
  • Haha very true, brothers and sister!
  • @Imaharidge I'm talking about the original, first formula, DMAA containing, now banned Jack3d. When I heard it was changing, I bought 10 tubs. Lol
  • Most stretch marks that come in are dark at first. It usually means that they are new. Over town they will fade. Lotion and sun can help with the color. It could also mean they are larger in size. How old is your son and how big is he?
  • Never heard of that, so I looked it up. Sounds like Alpha 1-t is a prohormone. And hgh drops well, you're talking out of my league.
  • Legs are harder to grow because they can take so much. They are big work horse muscles. You really have to beat them up. Personally I like moderate weight in the 8-12 rep range for 5 sets. If what you're doing now isn't working then switch it up. As far as leg dominant cardio, the StairMill is great. So are stationary…

  • Unless you have a lot of abdominal fat, width really can't be changed. If there's fat there you can lose it to decrease width. But as far as width goes, not going to change much.
  • The best ever though was the original USPLabs Jack3d. Hands down.
  • I've tried so many. I like C4 but the last stuff I got was ON's Pre. Good stuff but haven't been using any pre workout for a month or so. NO Xplode tastes nasty.
  • What kind of stack are you talking about here?
  • I personally wouldn't drop the creatine. If anything, I'd drop it went you start to cut to get rid of the water retention it comes with. It's pretty much a staple for bulking though. The weight you put on won't be effected by creatine either. It may appear more dense because you have less water retention in the muscle…
  • Well there you go, you just answered your own question. If cutting the weight comes easy keep lean bulking until you feel like you have the size you want. Why drop creatine out though?
  • You're at an age where you can pretty much do either one. If you were any younger I would say not to cut but you have some size now so it's not a bad idea. It's very goal and preference dependent though. Summer's half over, so as long as you don't mind dieting through winter you could cut now. Or you could gain/maintain…
  • How old are you and what's your height and weight?
  • Did Keto last summer and got great results. How long have you been doing it?
  • You're just doing steady state cardio. Can't imagine why a doctor would say that's bad.

  • That's awesome. Nothing better than figure. Are you talking a competition or just training?
  • If you're still seeing good progress then stick with what you're doing. When progress slows or stops then I'd look at adding more exercise or experimenting with diet manipulation to get further results. It's not too much though.

  • I go with 6 oz being about 32g protein. Just over 5g per oz cooked.
  • That's a rather difficult situation although at 18 you should have a larg amount of control over your life ie. what you eat and how much you exercise. I have four bothers, all that eat like teenagers do without any care or thought. Leaving high school I weighed 240, mostly fat. Being a football player heavier was always…

  • Good luck Kate!
  • ^ yes. If you burn say 500 calories a workout (made that number up) you would be burning 2500 calories a week by working out assuming 5 times a week. That's the same whether you do it once a day five times, or if you have enough time and energy, twice a day. The only limitation I could see would be soreness and fatigue. If…
