I really like Promasil Rivalus in chocolate. It's the most palatable shake I've tried. I often mix it with almond milk or water... It doesn't make that big of a difference. I stay away from Soy milk as it contains a lot of plant estrogens.

i find that if I'm too sore to do any walking I do workout videos in a chair and just do the arms. It definitely helps. I've fallen in the "I'm injured so I can't work out" habit before. It wasn't pretty.

I didn't mean toxins in your skin directly. I meant the look of your skin after you've reduced the toxins you're consuming. I also never said anything about sweating out toxins.
