Hi everyone! I'm Loren and I'm down about 55 pounds with another 55 to go. For me, weight loss is most dependent on what I'm eating, although I don't actually log calories. I do exercise several times a week, but this is more so that I can be fit and not just so I can lose weight. I'm looking forward to getting to know all…

I used to be embarrassed to discuss weight loss. I never told my friends or family when I was trying to lose weight...and all of those times, I failed. It wasn't until I shared my goals with my friends and family that I was able to lose weight and keep it off. What changed was that I was ready to actual commit myself to my…

Are you stretching after? My joints feel so much better when I stretch after running. Also, you may want to try going a little bit slower. This will definitely help with the breathing and may also help with your knee :)

Walking in heels definitely counts for something—I always think how strong my ankles are becoming when I wear heels :D I'm down 53 pounds and have about 60 more to lose. I added you :) Anyone else, feel free to add me!

Welcome back, Dee! Totally wish I was at the beach now! The sun is out here but it's only 50° and I am freezing! I just got back in the gym this week and before my 3 week hiatus I had been on W4, but I'm going to do W3 for a couple more weeks before moving to W4. Good luck with W6! :)

I was off track for about three weeks, but I've been working hard the last couple of weeks :) CHALLENGE START WEIGHT: 239 lbs CURRENT WEIGHT: 228.7 lbs END OF YEAR GOAL WEIGHT: 218 lbs Down 10.3 lbs for the challenge and have another 10.7 to make my goal!

I'm so proud of you! That is awesome!

I did W4D1 today! I'm traveling for work right now and wasn't feeling great after my flight, but knew that I needed to workout anyway. Today's workout was pretty tough. I usually run at 5.2 mph, but for the last stretch of 5 minutes I went down to 4.5 mph. I'm glad that I repeated W3, because the jump to 5 minutes was kind…

I'm usually really good about drinking water and get in 100+ ounces a day, but lately, I've been slacking. I'm looking forward to this challenge! Drink up, everyone!

So as you guys know, I repeated W3. Today was my last day of W3 and I'm moving to W4 tomorrow! I'm nervous, but excited! Tonight while I was running the second 90 second runs, I heard the beep and was really confused because it didn't seem like I had been running that long, haha! For me the 90 second runs are pretty easy…

It does! Just created one!

Just another reason to not do laundry, haha! I hope that your foot is better soon! Sending good vibes your way :) I didn't get a workout in yesterday, and today is usually my rest day, but I'll be working out today to make up for it. I would also love to hear from others who are doing the program! It's not easy and it…

Just two :)

Awesome job! It feels great to complete the workout!

Weird...it deleted the rest of my post. Anyway, I had a stuffed/runny nose and pushed through the workout. If I'm feeling up to it tomorrow I'm going to start W4, but otherwise I'll repeat today's workout.
-
I did W3D3? (I can't remember since I'm repeating this week, haha
-
Way to get it done!! I am going to do 2-3 more days of W3 before moving to W4. I definitely recommend repeating W3, even if it's just for 1-2 workouts instead of a whole week. It's helped me a lot!

Hi! I'm Loren and I have about 60-70 lbs to go (down 40ish). I'll add you  anyone else, feel free to add me!

I love your attitude! I'm working towards being not only more body positive, but more positive about my outlook in general. I've added you

I agree with Dee; you should definitely repeat days if you feel like it would be beneficial! I'm repeating W3 right now. I have also had to slow down so that I can focus on breathing more. The speed will come in time

Keep up the good work! I will be doing my second round of W3D2 tomorrow! I'll check back in with how it goes

Joined yesterday! I was happy to see that you had also joined!
