  • I didnt meet the challenge in July and was waiting for August to start again. I missed the 1st and didn't track my food😲. Now I only have 2 passes for the month but I'm determined. Yes 3 times today
  • I have had 4 passes so I wont meet the challenge. It has taught me a lot about my eating and exercise habits. I'm looking forward to trying again in August Keep going everyone!
  • I have to take a pass today, #3. I was planning to use it Wednesday when I have company but I didnt feel well today. Maybe with some careful planning I'll still.make the challenge.
  • I posted 3 yeses a little bit ago. I then, foolishly, decided to eat a few peanuts. It did not go well. I have to take a pass for too many calories. I should have known myself better. 🤨

  • Yes Yes Yes 2 passes left. I'm going to use one Wednesday. My daughter is coming for dinner. We will eat outside and distance. I'm 67 and live alone so haven't been able to spend much time with my family Really looking forward to it.

  • Yes yes yes I just barely made my calorie count. Yesterday I had the coronavirus blues so my boyfriend brought me some Olive Garden lasagna tonight to cheer me up. It was delicious but I should have saved half for tomorrow. I had eaten light the rest of the day but it still put me over. As soon as he went home I turned on…

  • Love the picture. I want to go camping! 3 x yes Did lots of yard work today. Mowed the lawn, trimmed the shrubs and more. Lots of steps.
  • 3 x yes It was nice having a pass day yesterday and not worrying about tracking things but I have to admit I feel better today. Eating right and exercise really is better.
  • Today was a planned pass day. I took part in a fund raising car rally for meals on wheels. Had a great time. Lots of fun and food but not much exercise. It was for a good cause and a needed break for me. Back at it tomorrow

  • 3 yeses. The exercise was tough for me today. I couldn't sleep last night so I was really tired. I am planning to take a pass on Saturday so pushed through. Going to bed early tonight.
  • I have done same thing so many times. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I have bought packages of cookies or bag of chips with the plan of having a few daily over the week. A few hours later they're gone and I'm feeling bad. Yours are gone now. Dont beat yourself up. It was just one slip. Tomorrow is a whole new day!

  • Yes to all three. Really struggled to not overeat today. This challenge is keeping me going. I'm glad its bed time or I might eat something I shouldn't!
  • Yes yes yes Couldn't resist cinnamon rolls this morning but ate light and made up for it the rest of the day.

  • Yes yes yes I was worried about the holiday but planned exactly what I was going to eat in advance. I got my daily goal of 8500 steps in early and ended up with 12000 for the day. With the extra calories for exercise, I came in way under goal. Everything logged. Hope everyone had a fun Fourth!

  • Hi, I'm excited to do this challenge! Retirement, menapause and a pandemic were my perfect storm for gaining weight. I hope this will help me develope some good habits and get back in shape.
