Pecs and delts. Actually funny not being able to put light boxes away on the top shelf the following day, since I am the biggest person at my job. Plus, they are starting to pop, which is always fun to see

I've lost about 30, lots of it from my gut, and the skin is already starting to sag. Where I had a tire hanging out and over my pants, now it is drooping over. I lift a lot, so my chest is doing better, but yeah, I'm already seeing it...

I wish we could clear out the incorrect entries in the food database, not even just what is in our diaries...

I'd have something witty to say if I wasn't trying to get my jaw off the floor. Great job!

Took a much more relaxed attitude towards dating after getting divorced. Wanted to have a good time, have some new experiences, and see if I could be myself in front of someone I didn't know very well. It's been hit or miss, sometimes I find myself getting wound up. I think not caring what others think, I'm doing it for…

There's nothing wrong with a "little something else" in a loving relationship. Still, I wish my girlfriend didn't have one.

I'm 20+ lbs into the journey. Don't let the bad days bring you too low or the good days too high. That's my best advice so far. Best of luck to you

Rest them on your hips and scrunch into them a little more, so the top of the dumbbell is touching the front of your shoulder. Then rock back. You are doing the same motion with your body, but now the weights end up right in the starting position with a quick wrist turn.

https://legionathletics.com/macronutrient-calculator/ is one of many you can use. Also, do you mean set your macros in MFP, changing from the default? Or what range should it be set to. Are you lifting or doing resistance training? That would affect the numbers also.

I like the Mission 1 bars. It's in the macro distribution I want, also has a high amount of fiber, and is comparably priced.

He can lose them. Just a heads up, as I've been losing weight, mine have started to look worse. They are getting smaller, but I'm lifting a lot and losing fat more quickly above and below them, so they seem to stick out more. Plus the skin isn't keeping up either there or my gut, so the excess skin factor doesn't help…

The reason I've told people to lift heavy before is because they go into a gym, pick up weights, do quick sets/reps, and not challenge their body. Then they complain about not having the genetics to put on any muscle, woe is me, better eat this ice cream. Barring an injury, I will always advocate lifting WHAT IS HEAVY FOR…

Personally, I don't trust them from any source. I don't eat back any exercise calories since I have them already figured in to my calorie count, though. MFP and Fitbit I use to compare movement day to day.
-
Well of course. Wouldn't want to be from anywhere else

Don't put too much stock in the "in 5 weeks you'll weigh..." part. I should consistently be 20 lbs less than I am now, and I'm losing at 1 1/4lb week rate. Are you going off the MFP calorie recommendation? I should be at 2650 according to MFP, but I gained weight when I ate that much. Taking a 20% reduction of my TDEE puts…

I have 80+ I'm looking to drop. Love seeing other peoples updates and progress. Feel free to add.

Linkin Park Bleed it out

That is a huge difference. Congrats!

I have a legs, upper body push, and upper body pull rotation. Each one gets 2 days a week, but one is lighter with higher reps (10-12), the other is brutal and in the 4-5 rep range. Most of the exercises are different, with compound movements getting the heavy treatment and single joint movements the higher reps. Just…

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THISTHISTHISTHISTHIS!

Have you been adjusting calories as you lose weight? I'd refigure your calorie count at your new weight. What are your macros at?
-
I agree new gym, but if you can't, adapt. Use dumbbells and work your way up. Use the smith machine (sparingly, though).

I've had the same issue in the past. I started using calf length compression socks for work and running, and have not had an issue this year. I would just quit running before, so I don't have an answer to how long it will take.

Especially roasted cauliflower with some curry powder...mmmmmm I also love roasted edamame. Tried it in college, hated it, buy a lot of it now.
-
Duuuuude... Dang. Really well done! This is the post I needed to see.

It's the chips that do it to you. I make my guacamole the same way, everything charred on the grill.

Mine goes from top down, bottom up, outside in. My face, neck and upper chest look drastically different. My arms, calves, and lower quads are pretty tight right now. My stomach looks horrible. It looks better when I add weight because there isn't so much of a difference then. My spare tire will look huge in a few months,…
