Loved looking at the posts on here. Found them very helpful. I struggle to lose weight, my problem is temptation foods ie biscuits. Hi you are all doing so well. Just found this challenge. Hope it is ok if I start logging my steps? Today on my Firbug Orb I have done 13,070. I am trying to become more active by moving more. Really impressed by the amount of steps everyone has entered.

I agree it all boils down to calories in/calories out. I just keep trying because I really want to lose this 2st weight.

I am a member of WW in the UK. It really is healthy eating and it is the same as MFP. I log all my meals on both sites. I love MFP because I get a lot of support on here. MFP is calories and WW has Smart Points as well as No Count Foods. Both work, you have to choose the one that you prefer. Good Luck to everyone on your…

I did 30 mins today. Calves were aching in the first 5mins then eased off. Anybody else experience this?
