I've started walking to everything within 3-4 kilometres from my house. Walked to and from dentist today. Tomorrow to and from gym etc. it makes u do it then u have no choice. Feel amazing after it tho and although it takes 30-40mins longer than car I'm exercising and not feeling so guilty

Yep! Do it! Sometimes the scales don't show weightloss. I take it each mo th almost up to my second cannot wait to see the change. Even tho I only lost a few kilos in first month it was a massive difference in my body and it helps me going when I'm having a rough day.

Cut down slowly. I was having at least 6 coffees a day with 2 teaspoons of sugar and Coke. I was addicted. I cut it back every week until I no longer craved it. I was told that when u start new vigorous exercises that the muscles hold onto water. Also sodium is alof of things that also retain it. Take measurements and go by looser clothes, before and after photos also for women the time of the month fluctuates the weight a lot as well.

I'm day 10 on this journey and day 7 on mfp. Binge eating was my thing. I make a new goal every 3-4 days and cut something out, once I feel the cravings have disappeared I do it with something else.
