You just set yourself up for failure right from the start by using the 4 letter word "diet". You got to make a lifestyle change and stay consistent with it to lose weight and keep it off.
-
Dont worry to much about that. People often gain weight when they become a couple with someone. Its a side effect of bein happy much like losin weight after a break-up.

try and keep carbs to 50g and under per day. for me its 15%, 65% fats, 20% Protein. Adjust Sugar to 25g. Lower Sodium by 700g. That should get you on the right track. To reduce the sugar load I have 1 piece of fruit a day usually right when I get up or with my first meal of the day. The rest of the day I have vegetables…

I was in the same exact boat as you with giving up many times. I did everything I was supposed to and still gained weight. Turns out I am overly sensitive to carbs. I adapted to a Paleo Diet and I love it.

I loved having the Charge2 but I upgraded to the Ionic 6 months ago.
-
I did, turn your fitbit off, make sure to plug it in so it is fully charged. Wash and fully dry your non dominant arm, place the fitbit 2 fingers away from your wrist bone, dont make it to tight. then turn it back on.

I have no problem holding any one accountable, so long as you do the work.

I like logging it keeps me on track and opens my eyes to a better way of eating instead of going to the comfort foods and bad bad habits. I have learned to spread my calories over a 24 hour cycle instead of a sleep-wake cycle. That has helped with the fatigue.

Eat and apple or cut up pineapple. That seems to help. I have the worst sweet tooth when I work my night job.
-
Watch out for those dark chocolate covered almonds they get away from you fast and the calories add up.
-
Im only logging the water part just to remind myself I need it or else I will not drink much. I get dehydrated fast and then its another Doctors visit for fluids. So its a personal goal to stay out of the office.

I never heard that roomer but that does kind of go hand in hand with my issue eating liver, I just cant get past the idea of eating something that was meant to filter toxins from a body.

It has been suggested to me to try stivia flavoring, they have like cola flavored, grape and chocolate. Now who wouldnt like chocolate flavored water. Ill give that a go and let you all know how I like it.

Yeah half my body weight in oz's is 112.5 oz's. I used 80 oz's as in 10- 8 oz cups. I wanted to go with a higher water goal because I get dehydrated easily for some reason. I dont like water even with bubbles. The only bottles water I seem to like is that expensive FiJi water.

Thank you both for the support.

I know the feeling, Work all night and all day and sleep 4-5 hours a day during the week. Write out and plan out what you will eat and when, then work on establishing a pattern of when you will sleep and stick to it every day for 2 weeks.
