Really... what kind of tracker do you use? I am on a trainer as I type this. I use my Garmin watch and Garmin’s speed and cadence sensor to track my speed and distance.

I have some good news to share... I had my blood work done yesterday and got the results this morning. Glucose is at 68 and total cholesterol is at 148. Happy with the results.... However, my A1C results showed my average glucose over the last 3 months was at 100.( All the delicious food that I ate in Egypt in December…

50lb, that is awesome. I have to loose 21lb before August. My main issue is I have high% of body fat. Given my heavy cardio training, I am struggling to loose the fat. I have started to eat more protein and less carbs(100g net carbs) and hoping that it will help me shed some fat during the pre season before major training…

@ShowKitten What is your opinion about Keto. Did it help you reach your goals? I always wanted to do Keto, but it is very tough to stay within 50g of carbs for vegetarians. Btw, overnight oats 👍.
