Thank you everyone for your responses!! I really want to enjoy running. I did my first 5K 2 years ago in october at 45:15 :/ not the best, but I LOVED the feeling afterward. I guess Im going to just have to keep chugging along at it. >;) I am so very glad Im not the only one out there with the mental or physical issues…

I know I dont post often, but Im not on my computer all that much because Im working out alllll the time, oh and tending to a VERY demanding 4 month old,3y.o. and 6y.o... But I do read everyone's stuff!! Keep it up, and A HUGE THANKS to KrysT for always reminding me to weigh in.. ugh, Im AWFUL at it!! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!

I agree 100% with you. I know that I feel so much better when I work out, I also know that it is hard to get out and I HATE working out at home, not sure why but I do. I finally have the eating down, its pure boredom when I eat, or stressed. I want to feel good about myself. and fit into my clothes again. I am a happy…

Im undecided if the large amount of people in the challenge is good or bad for me that is. I am always on here reading, just never posting a ton, not with a soon to be 3 month old and a 3 1/2 yr old home all day with me!! I am doing well. I have no trouble working out, its the FOOD I akways have struggled with. But so far…

I can TOTALLY RELATE. I just finished nursing school of 4 years! Plus having a 2 month old (born while in my last semester) a 6 year old and 3 year old, all at different places while Im at school! on top of having sports, and playdates etc. I am at a COMPLETE LOSS!! Awesome! Thanks for the link to the meal plan, I lost mine when we moved a couple of years ago, and I just got the OK from the doctor MINUS the abripperx, just had a c-section 2 months ago, and MAN do I miss P90! Im starting this today! ;)

I still have 80lbs from that pregnancy to lose! LOL Just finished nursing school, so I have all the time in the world to work on me…

I would LOVE to know as well! This is one of my BIGGEST downfalls, I actually like cream and sugar in my tea!! and with this cold weather, I can't say no to my warm cup of coffee in the AM! Just wanted to let you know, you're not alone! ;)

Just started this yesterday!! I had to break up the plyo today into 2 30min work outs, due to children in the house running around... I didnt do the fit test, didnt know it came with one, I am borrowing a friends cd set, and looked up online the diet portion/schedule.... I am so hooked, and so outta shape! the elliptical…
