I don't know if you've started this yet, but don't do it. And this it, I mean HCG injections, or any type.

I'd go to the Doctor and ask them directly vs taking web advice on this one.

I don't know. I used the oral drops. Check with your doctor.

    Hello there,

I did the HCG diet 2 year ago and I never substituted sterile water for the bactrostatic water, however I am not sure you may be able to.

I would definitely seek medical advice on this.

Thanks guys. At the clinic the "mentioned" sterile water and every HCG site I've seen says batrostatic. Not a big deal either way. I just had some left over saline from a PICC line I recently had and thought I'd use it if anyone knew for sure it was OK.

I've never heard of anyone using saline water...I have known some people to use Vodka though... I myself use the batrostatic.

I'm just interested, but what are the reasons for not doing it?

I believe the HCG injections and drops are the pregnancy hormone people are using to increase metabolism and the side effect of nausea which then helps reduce hunger.
