I go day to day. If I happen to go over one day as a cheap day (which I do normally every Wednesday or Saturday) I don't fret about it. The way I look at it is I try to make better choices and not over eat on a day to day basis but life happens and sometimes we have a hungry day or we're invited out for supper…

I'm always tired after a workout... I workout in the evening and sleep awesome. But it's also when I'm not eating enough. When I played hockey I would feel that high after a game bc I ate lots then to sustain my activities.

Ya I am watching my portion sizes too. My last question now tho is figuring out the difference between raw and cooked. Like tonight I am slow cooking a small ham. Raw the ham is 1 pound. Great Thanks! So also I am having 2 pieces of bread (with a burger lol) and it says 170 calories for 2 slices (60g) and of course it only let's me go by slices but 2 slices is 64g. So I would go 64/60 for 1.07 servings correct?

I was thinking 145. But honestly I want to be out of the 150's. That's it. I have increased my calories and am working out more and being more active. I want to look in the mirror and just like what I see. My new goals are Be out of 150's Tone lower body Be more active.
