I have a fitbit flex but wondering if I should log my elliptical training as separate? My fitbit still tracks my steps on my elliptical. I'm confused lol

Is there a way I can manually enter my step count to calculate calories? Either here or an app? I lost my fitbit and just got a pedometer and want to add the steps to my diary.

How to accurately weigh frozen lasagna?
So I'm making frozen lasagna tonight and don't know how to accurately weigh it since is comes in the pan and I can't weigh that separately and once cooked the lasagna would weigh different anyway. Nutrition says 1/4 of tray (227g) is 300 calories. I like to be as accurate as possible thanks.

How do you figure out calories
So I got a food scale today and am weighing veggies right now. It says 85g (1/2 cup) is 70 calories. I have 120g. But when I scan the bag onto MFP it only let's me go by cups. I'm horrible at math lol so how do I figure this out and fire problems like this? Thanks!

Ok so I too off my fitbit while on my elliptical so when I try adding it to my exercise it adjusts my step calories from my fitbit to 1. If i delete my elliptical exercise it adjusts it back to 210 calories burned from steps so far....why can't I have both?

So I'm making chilli tonight and was wondering how I can estimate the calories. I don't weigh food just count calories and estimate and it's working for me. So should I calculate the total number of calories for the entire chilli and estimate calories based on what i eat?

The scale hasn't budged much but just having a baby 5 weeks ago I don't care. BUT I have my shorts that last year were tight...and after I had my baby they wouldn't do up...NOW they fit! I have been watching my calories (not breast feeding) at 1200-1400 calories a day for 4 weeks and yay! The scale really doesn't matter

natural vitamins for depression
I am a new mom and believe I have PPD. I'm going to the doc on Tuesday but I don't want to go on antidepressants again. I have been on them before but don't like it.
