I realized that on August 12 I have been on my fitness journey for a month! I starting counting calories July 12 and started working out July 26 (when I took the pics) my stomach has gone way down and I feel like my arms are slimmer and slightly more muscular.
My first month I've loser 7 pounds. Now down 8.6 pounds. And my baby will be 7 weeks tomorrow. zokmk63js9c7.jpg
