So I'm going out for supper tonight and starting to watch what I eat more. I always got a crispy wrap or something but want to know what a healthy chicken option is.

I believe the the restaurant I'm going to has a roasted chicken, is that healthy? I know grilled is lol.

Thanks

Yes. That and some steamed veggies would be the best choice.

Roasted chicken is generally a good choice. Don't eat the skin if you want to keep calories and fat down, and beware of rich sauces.

I always choose the grilled chicken, or a small filet mignon. Steamed veggies with it.

Agreed, roasted or grilled chicken, I always ask if they can not cook it with butter. Depending on the restaurant they may or may not do it but i always ask.
