Yea I don't buy into the miricale pill hype if that was the case america wouldn't be so obese i take a superfood pill called moringa. Any one ever heard of that? I take probiotic, another herb called tongkat ali that naturally boost test these herbs out of other country's are useful

I think maybe your *kitten* just got harder from the squats and its something u are not use to I was looking at Brazil butt lift results for my wife and that's all they do is squats and lunges they lost butt but gained shape it lifted and was firmer

All of them get on my nerves when I'm doing there workouts I'm cussing all they *kitten* out when I'm doing them. They all just walking around talking crap.they are all great coaches though
