Want to loose less than 10 pounds and learn ways to maintain healthy lifestyle.

    Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key. Staying active is one component a lot of people let slide. I know lots of moms who work out together and have developed exercise routines beyond walking that take into account that they have a stroller and child with them. You don't need a gym to stay active.

    I agree you don't need a gym to stay active, but you're 5'2" at 114 looking to drop? What do you see that you need to lose? Wouldn't worry about the scale one bit. Exercise and eat healthy. You'll be fine.

    Agree with some of the other commenters. Get active 4 or 5 times a week and eat healthy (remove starchy food, refined good, etc) and you'll be in awesome shape. Add me if you still want some support. I am losing the last 10 lbs of fat in prep for a mountaineering expedition in Sept. Trying to get lean to about 10% body fat so that I am not carrying excess weight up the mountain.
