  • You could just try it for a while. Everyone hypes up a whole food plant based diet so much. Just give it a go! I enjoy the Starch Solution way of eating but there are lots of YouTube vids with tips.

  • Couple cans of tuna mixed up with mustard and whatever u like in tuna (I like relish and a bit of olive oil mayo). Eat on lettuce, with veggies like celery, carrots, cucumber or with a few crackers or low carb food of choice. Can't be beat for quickness.

  • Do you eat dairy? Greek yogurt has AMAZING protein. Cheese to an extent but is higher cal like beans.

  • Either oatmeal with some nuts and/or peanut butter and a little protein powder and an apple all mixed together, put some boiling water in at work and like it sit a while. Or 2% Greek yogurt with some frozen blueberries or strawberries and nuts. I always try to get carb, prot, and fats about 400 cals. keeps me full 4+ hrs

  • They use a sweetener that is low/no cals because it's basically straight fiber. Also I think they use sugar alcohols which can cause gas. Everyone raves about them so I went and got several different flavors they are way sickening sweet to me and taste like fake sugar, but to each his own and they have tons of protein.
