I have a cookbook at home called "Deceptively Delicious" by Jessica Seinfeld that is meant for kids but there are actually some really tasty recipes. They all incorporate pureed veggies and you seriously can't taste them. I'm sure you could find tons of great recipes online.

I have 3 meals and 2 snacks during the day. I like it since I hate feeling hungry and when at work, snacking a lot has become a habit so now I keep up my snacking. I've just replaced the junk for more nutritious options.

I drink teas from David's Teas. Not sure if there is one near you but you can order online. They have one called Chocolate Rocket that is awesome and gives me a great caffeine boost.

Try teas that contain yerba mate. They have similar caffeine levels to coffee but without the jittery effects or crashes. I've been replacing my coffee with it and I've noticed a big difference.

I pretty much always get between 400 and 500 extra calories for 10-11K steps. I'm 5'4" and 130lbs. I have MFP and my Fitbit set to sedentary.

I've recently discovered the love for David's Tea and now have about 25 different kinds! Blueberry Jam, Chocolate Rocket and English Toffee are my current favourites. I drink 3-4 cups every day.

I like to eat my apples sliced so I usually just slice them at home and then weigh. Then I know exactly how many grams I'm actually eating.

Congratulations!! I did the C25K as well and ran my 1st 5k a week ago. I just signed up for a 16k race at the end of July so lots more running in my future!

I'm a single working mom. I can't afford a gym membership but I walk for nearly an hour most days on my lunch break. When the kids are with their dad I will go for a run or do an exercise DVD in the mornings. Plus, I've recently started doing a Zumba class one evening a week. I weight every ingredient that I put in my salad. Even lettuce has a few calories, even if it is only a small amount.

I have cottage cheese every day and I definitely prefer it with the sweetness. I usually have it with fresh pineapple or a tbsp of jam.

I'm 5'4 and 123. I'm looking for my abs too! My goal is to get down to 117 but losing these last few pounds has proven a real challenge. Would love to have some friends who are in the same boat.

I generally avoid it but I will try to make it fit. I took the kids to McDonald's for supper last night and half starved myself all day so that I could work in the calories!

Why not just invest in a swim cap? That's what I wear whenever I get in the pool cause I don't want to be bothered with drying my hair after.
