When i started lifting and resistance training i couldn't do a regular unmodified pushup. I was just out of a wheel chair for a break in my back earlier in the year. I eat between 1370 *my daily* and 1700 depending on how much I workout. Under 1200 is not a healthy goal. You should be eating your targeted daily at least. You don't have to eat back your cals you earned for activity but the guidelines are there for a reason. Might I add I had a week where I ate 1900 almost daily and lost…
