Well welcome back, dearie!

Last night I did a lot of walking in my dream.

Congrats on staying sober. I've lived with alcoholics, and I was a 32 year smoker. I quit in 2012. I was a daily drinker and on New Years, I opted to just keep it to Friday nights and Saturday nights. Now I hardly do either. Quitting any addiction is hard so kudos for overcoming on a daily basis.

Everything moves in slow motion if you blink your eyes REALLY FAST.

My doc recommended that I quit for a year, then focus on losing the weight. I did this and it totally worked for me. Then I got lazy and fat again, but that's another story. My quitaversary is TODAY actually, 2012.

Bacon and a blender. You're welcome.

Congratulations on the dad part! Babies will keep you active. I used to exercise with my baby using her in my routines. She loved when I would lay on the floor, put her on my shins and pull my knees to my chest then extend, then pull them in, then extend. Happy memories with my baby.

I annoyed a fella at Lowes recently when I called to him asking him if he'd mind cutting a board for me. He was peeved but I said "I really appreciate you doing this" then under my breath I said "because it's your friggin job!" It wasn't a good day for either one of us, I suppose.

Dollar General has these caramel coconut cookies that are just like the Girl Scouts caramel delights. I only buy them in between girl scout cookie sales.

For me, it's the sour cream. I really should give the stuff up.

Got gas? ME TOO! TWINSIES! Let's talk. MWF looking for sarcastic bass turds and beaches. Into wrestling and pressure points.

You can do what you want because you are an individual, a free soul, a winner, unique in many ways but to be ACCURATE...I'd use the right measuring tools.

Nuts. I'll just leave that right there.

Honey, put your earbuds in and play your favorite tunes as you walk. Tune out negativity, you're doing this for YOU, not THEM.

I don't worry so much about it because I'm pretty vague-ish anyway. If ya get creepy, I use the delete and block feature on here, it's an awesome thing.

Welcome to the nuthouse, be sure and leave your shoes by the door and don't wake the grouchy on the couch.

You have the most beautiful smile.

My grandfather had a garden so we ate a lot of fresh stuff. I was outside all the time except for saturday mornings and maybe an hour in the afternoons so I stayed pretty thin. Breakfast usually consisted of either cereal or grits, lunch was a sandwich and something else, dinner was always a meat and two vegetables.…

I used to love the taste of them but I tend to revert back to old habits so I just try to be a bit more disciplined with my food choices. What works for some doesn't work for all, unfortunately. #fatgirlpreach #lovemyfood #junkfoodjunkie4life #aworkinprogress

Oh honey, big fat hugs on this one. I'm dealing with two ailing parents. My mother used to be a heavy woman, always had been. Recently she's had a loss of a lot of weight due to health reasons and when I was talking to her the other day, what did she do? Fat shame me. I couldn't believe it. High fives for sticking with…

I often wonder how many people post these and then sit back and wait for friend requests to come in without ever sending one out on their own. *the things to ponder* If you post that you'd like more friends, hit up the people that follow with replies because they/we may be too shy to send one to you on their/our own.…

Well that certainly went over like a lead balloon. That went over like a fart in church.
