Try to estimate how many calories u take in a day and drop that number slowly for weeks ur body will be forced to lose weight

if ur on a keto or low carb diet it prob wouldnt be stored as fat but it wouldnt help compared to eating protein/fat........

yes im finishing up today....i was at 225 around 18% bf and i wanted to lean bulk but i knew i had to diet and strip off fat first....i lost 15lbs in the first 3 weeks then 10lbs in the next couple weeks...im telling u do not eat any carb sources and u will lose weight....

make a shake of 1 scoop whey,1 cup milk,2 tbsp peanut butter and it will fill u up.............

i lift 4 days per week and do 2 cardio but u ALWAYS need a rest day or 2 thats whenu grow.......

thats funny u say that cuz today is my last day on a low carb diet..i kept carbs under 50g per day and without cardio just lifting lost 25lbs in 6 weeks....

ya alcohol is a killer thats my only vice......i lost 25lbs in 6 weeks with low carb diet...under 50mg per day it forces ur body to burn fat............
