I skipped yesterday because running the 10k made every muscle in my legs and butt hurt. Made up for it today with 25! Ugh...I'm still wondering why I agreed to your craziness, Roger

I had to ask my teenaged daughter how to do a burpee and I am NOT good at that! I also am not good at sit ups or push ups. Why am I doing this again? I may have to spread this out over the entire day once the numbers get bigger. With that said....day one is done!

Search the communities they have some just for Keto. I don't eat carbs and I've lost 63 pounds in 3 months!! It works. Carbs are the devil

You know what I think when I see a larger person at the gym? I think "great job. Kick *kitten*!" People of all fitness levels are in gyms and some of those studs you see in there now, may have once weighed 500 pounds. Go get 'em future stud.

Good Luck, Nick. Make a lot of MFP friends. They'll keep you motivated and accountable. I'm down 58 pounds since May and I feel fantastic. My goal is only 16 pounds away....or 30 if I lower my goal. We shall see.

I think you can do it without surgery. Several posts on here will tell you that it only helps in the beginning but isn't a cure all. You still have to learn how and what to eat along the way. If you're going to do that....just do it the old fashion way. Diet and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in. MFP is a great…

Didn't run for two days. It's been so emotional for me the past couple months that sometimes I'm surprised I function. Last two days got me bad. I didn't come close to 100 in July but maybe I'll just try to double what I did get for August. We shall see.
