Looking foward to this journey I call healthy life

Hello everybody, my name is Mel. I started my journey two weeks ago, and it took me this long to join this community. I grew up in a place where asking for help meant you were weak, but I have come to realize that even though I am the only one responsible for my success or defeat, I need help getting to my destination. So, I hope I can meet some good people on this journey.
