i went for a bike ride today. burnt 2000c i try to eat around 1600c per day. (maintenance) so unless i eat back a huge chunk of those excersise calories. today i am losing 1/2 lbs

I am a mountain bike coach and a snowboard instuctor i often coach both in the same day so end up with 2 3 or 4 hour workouts. leaves me in such a calorie deficit i have to be very careful.

Stop worrying about a bad day or a bad week. to get to your heaviest took yrs of bad days, not weeks, as long as you realise its not the end of all your hard work and get back to doing the right stuff it will all even out over time

I am interesting in being a mentor, i am 52, very active in the outdoor adventure sports industry, i am a snowboard instructor and avid mountain biker, plus i still skateboard. i dropped 37lbs last summer and am happy maintaining my new body shape.

That's a very hard goal. 2lbs. Week will take commitment Good luck though I grafted this summer and lost 1.5 per week for 26 weeks. I had to spend 2 hours a day on a bike to achieve that

in total i had 5 fitbit devices ALL 5 had some form of fault with the straps. bubbling, peeling etc.

Fitbit, much like GoPro did a great job with marketting and are the first name on most peoples lips. before you buy a fitbit though google for the failure rate, i had 4 surges, and a charge HR, all had faulty straps. i now use the tomtom Adventurer. a far better fitness watch in every way
