I have been 2-3 pounds from goal now for 3 weeks. I was about to do the same thing as you, and still may, just not sure how and if. but I understand your frustration.

I did something similar. The military diet. I lost 3.5 then went back to MFP and kept going. Sometimes that does help mentally to get you to jumpstart so if the shakes do it then def try!!

I do that, I have wed and saturday as my high calorie and the rest are low calorie(about 900 calories). The two high calorie days usually are a high calorie dinner.

I used to have cheat day. Now I do cheat"meal" once or twice a week depending on my week.

I do one meal a week where I dont count calories. I do eat treats the other days but I count it in my calorie count.

I do low carb and two times a week I eat a high carb meal. It has worked for me well, 5 pounds down two weeks.

same here,tried it all, now I eat what I want and stay in my calories, but I am on day 1 lol
