    i use vanilla whey isolate from canadianprotein.com.

    frozen berries, plain non-greek yogurt [i've been making my own recently so it's really plain]. and a little water.

    I've been using a brand called Chike. They have 5 flavors and I usually blend with milk and ice or frozen fruit.
