My calorie goal is 1800 and my Potassium goal is 4700mg. Spinach is loaded and one of my favorite, someone mentioned potatoes, especially sweet potatoes, beans, oranges. Greek non fat yogurt, tomatoes.

I agree with #1 for sure. The sodium in restaurant food really impacts me and not in a good way.

I walk at least 3 miles per day as part of my overall fitness routine. I also do yoga and body weight exercises for strength and fitness as well. I'm sure the calorie burn I get helps but CICO is my weight loss program.

I had a similar experience when I first started. I've been following the same plan for just over 2 months now and don't have those issues. Also at first I had a difficult eating all my calories during my eating window. But I really like it now that I've gotten use to it.
