Good morning! The May yoga challenge seemed to motivate at least a few of us to get back to or stick with our yoga practices, so lets continue for June. You set the goal that works best for you. Tell the group your goal, post your progress, cheer everyone on. Simple as that!

My goal for June is to practice 5 days a week/450 minutes total. It's going to be a bit tougher for me this month because I'll be away from home for about half the month.

    I'm in, glad I found this Challenge. My goal is Yin twice a week and Hatha 3 times a week.
